Brock University
Brock University, located in a UNESCO biosphere reserve in the scenic Niagara region, offers more than 150 undergraduate and graduate programs across seven faculties, led by almost 600 faculty. The school’s culture promotes experiential learning and community outreach, and includes a massive co-op program: 1,300 to 1,500 students complete a work term annually with more than 300 industry partners in the Niagara region and beyond.

World-class infrastructure on campus includes the Cairns’ Family Health and Bioscience Research Complex and the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts. The school draws international students from 100 countries. The Zone, the school’s expanded fitness and recreation centre, is central to the school’s fitness culture. The Brock–Niagara Validation, Prototyping and Manufacturing Institute is now open. A collaborative hub connecting Brock with industry partners in the health and disease, agricultural, chemical manufacturing and environmental sectors, it offers access to research expertise and state-of-the-art equipment.

Standout programs
Data Sciences and Analytics: This cross- disciplinary program bridges computational data sciences and business analytics to produce well-rounded grads. Students gain core knowledge and skills in areas such as big data, data mining, computational statistics, business analytics and information systems.
Sport Management: This program incorporates field placements and internships, preparing students for sports industry careers. Strong graduate ties create networking and employment opportunities.
Nursing: Classroom learning is integrated with clinical practice, hospital placements and work in the community. Facilities include simulation labs with programmed patient simulators that mimic realistic clinical and emergency situations.
