Ban on corn eating contest partially lifted at UIowa
The University of Iowa has partiallylifted restrictions on an annual corn eating contest in the corn producing state.
Last year, the university’s vice president for student services banned the event due to the event’s encouragement of gluttony.
This year, the winner is no longer the person who eats the most corn; instead the will be the student who eats a single ear of corn the quickest.
Good to know the University of Iowa is leading the way in cracking down on fun.
