I went up to the FIDO store in Hamilton and while they had the phone in stock, they could not sell it to me because of a computer glitch. I could’ve purchased any other phone in the store but the one I wanted.

I asked if I could purchase it and activate by phone, answer no.

What about buying it today and then calling the store tomorrow - no.

Anything I could do - while, I can do an online order from the store and they will ship it to me. Great, I could have done that from home without the one hour bus trip on Hamilton’s poorly managed public transit system.

The trip wasn’t a total lost, I did manage to get two Cinnabons for the price of one.
