Early reports suggest students at oth CEGEP du Vieux Montréal and CEGEP St-Laurent voted today to end their class boycotts, which started earlier this year in opposition to a tuition increase. That would mean all of Quebec’s junior colleges will now reopen as an emergency law requires. Students at Vieux Montréal re-voted today, after the result of the first vote on Monday evening was a near tie. Jacob Serebrin captured the scene outside the college.

The assembly was scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m. but didn’t start until over an hour later
