Somebody give this administration an ’A’ for their stupidity
More proof of grade inflation in Britain
An administrator at Britain’s Manchester Metropolitan University sent an internal e-mail telling instructors to inflate student marks to compete with other universities.
The BBC says the email was sent to computing and mathematics staff by the department’s academic standards manager.
I’d say the academic standards manager should be giving an ’F’ and fired but considering the circumstances, he/she is probably being graded at an ’A’ level for job performance.
