Immigration consultant charged with forging college transcripts for immigrants

A British Columbia immigration consultant is facing criminal charges over accusations he forged transcripts to secure student visas for people hoping to gain residency status. Gungyou Mo allegedly falsified documents from Winston College in Burnaby for at least seven non-students between 1999 and 2009. According to immigration lawyer Richard Kurland  consultants like Mo can earn as much as $10,000 for helping a person with their visa application.
