That elusive youth vote...II

To reiterate my earlier argument, Gilles Duceppe is wasting his breath:

Speaking to more than 400 students at Laval University, the Bloc Québécois leader noted that young adults have one of the lowest voter turnout rates yet could face serious consequences if they don’t exercise their right to vote.

“Harper doesn’t respect Quebec. In this election don’t take a chance. Vote for who we are, vote for what you want, vote for what you believe in but, damn it, go out and vote,” Mr. Duceppe said, repeating the message several times during the course of his speech.
