The election blogs

Add as preferred on Google(opens in a new tab)

I am happy to note that student elections are getting good coverage this year by student journalists. A few of them are running election blogs.

The leading blog this year definitely goes to Wassim Garzouzi for his coverage of both the Student Federation of the University of Ottawa elections and coverage of the student newspaper, The Fulcrum, elections.

Check his coverage out, and then check it a few times a day. (BONUS COVERAGE: Wassim has the goods on the evacuation of the university at uOttawa today)

My former UMSU Council colleague, and past editor of St. Paul’s College student newspaper The Paulinian, Dana Gregoire has joined with the The Manitoban to cover the University of Manitoba Students’ Union election on the Toban election blog.
