Ontario’s Minister of Research and Innovation John Wilkinson announced $150,000 in new funding for Hamilton’s McMaster University today.

I would have loved to cover the announcement - not because it qualifies as "newsworthy" - because it was in a better climate than Hamilton today.

Wilkinson made the announcement from the warmth of Australia.

The funding is to support collaboration between McMaster University and Melbourne, Australia’s Monash University.

I could go for a "working holiday," where can I sign up?
