A team of Ryerson University Journalism students took advantage of the nutrition and fitness experts on their Toronto campus to find out how students can eat healthily. What they got weren’t your typical ‘follow the food guide’ responses. There are few tidbits that may surprise you, like the unfortunate place sugar is hiding, plus the frequency and size your meals should be.
