Boy may have been abducted by 46-year-old Randall Hopley
A search has been called for 3-year-old Kienan Hebert, reported missing from his home in Sparwood, B.C., and presumed abducted. An Amber Alert was issued by the RCMP on Wednesday night after Hebert reportedly disappeared while sleepwalking outside his home that morning. Police suspect Hebert may now be with Randall Hopley, 46, in a brown 1987 Toyota Camry with B.C. licence plate number 098RAL. Hopely, who has brown hair, hazel eyes and a birthmark along his hairline, has a long criminal record, including convictions for breaking and entering and sexual assault. Hebert has short red hair, and was last seen wearing Scooby-Doo boxer shorts.
