The auto industry continues to experience double digit declines in sales. And it’s not just Detroit that’s suffering. It seems that nobody wants to buy a new car these days. The result is that new automobiles are rolling off production lines and have nowhere to go. Inventories have been building up at ports, storage yards, even old airport runways. Clusterstock offers up a collection of photos of some of these stockpiled cars. The numbers are stunning, and help drive home just how much trouble the auto industry is in.
