An MP’s lucky soccer tournament

NDP MP Thomas Mulcair recently attended the finals of the Ligue Africaine de Soccer au Québec, where the Congo team played Cameroon. It was the last local event he went to before he was elected a year ago in the Outremont by-election, and he felt it brought him luck.
