Anne of Green Gables turns 100
To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the publication of Anne of Green Gables, Library and Archives Canada launched an exhibit of author Lucy Maud Montgomery’s works and memorabilia. At the opening reception there were hats with red pigtails.
