At least 18 mushroom hunters dead in Italy

In just 10 days, at least 18 people have died who were believed to be searching for trove mushrooms, La Repubblica newspaper has reported. Many of those found dead had slipped on steep slippery mountainsides where the coveted mushrooms grow. Hot and wet weather has created a larger than usual crop.
