Baggy Pants Revisited

Almost exactly a year ago, I wrote a clmn for the magazine about the ludicrous crackdown on baggy pants in municipalities across the American South. In this week’s print edition (on stands today!) I revisit the topic, and find that at least some places are doing the expected, and using the bans to harass black men.
