Castro tricked
Antonio Castro chatted online with a young Cuban woman for eight months, building a romantic online relationship that included the transfer of bare-chested photos of the dictator’s son. But the woman turned out to be a middle aged Cuban immigrant living in Florida who has sold his story to the Miami media. Luis Dominguez pulled the prank to show that Cuba’s top family is not “impenetrable,” and to reveal the dichotomy between the rich and poor in the communist country. Castro bragged about expensive vacations and clothes, his blackberry and unlimited internet access—;uxuries afforded only to Cuba’s richest class. Dominguez’s story has been corroborated by América Tevé channel 41, a Miami based television network.
