The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, has an Instagram feed for the world to see.

The 300-plus photos can basically be divided into four artistic genres: Kadyrov with his family, often brandishing guns; Kadyrov dressed in military garbs, often brandishing guns; Kadyrov with other world leaders (but mostly Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev); and Kadyrov with animals, including an ostrich.

The Chechnyan despot, who once flew actress Hilary Swank to his birthday party, has nearly 13,000 followers, but only follows 56 fellow Instagrammers, including the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
