Neil Patrick Harris in talks to host the Emmys
Neil Patrick Harris, former child star and now the suit-wearing breakout character on "How I Met Your Mother," is in talks to host the Emmy Awards this year. Harris was an obvious choice for the show after his recent success hosting the Tony Awards, and also after last year’s hosts (a group of reality TV hosts) bombed so badly. One problem, though: Harris is likely to be nominated for Best Supporting Actor. Will being the host make him more or less likely to win?
