Extend the ecoENERGY Home Retrofit Program

While campaigning in Ottawa, ON, on April 11, Prime Minister Stephen Harper promised that a Conservative government would extend the ecoENERGY Home Retrofit Program for an additional year. The program provides $5,000 to homeowners who retrofit their homes to lower their heating costs.
