Release of scientist from prison will likely upset the U.S.
Abdul Qadeer Khan, the Pakistani nuclear scientist who passed on nuclear secrets to Iran, Libya, and North Koreas has been released from house arrest and declared a “free citizen” by a Pakistani courty. His release will no doubt upset the United States, which has always wanted to question Khan but has been refused by Pakistan. Khan emerged from his house with a defiant message to the United States: "Let them talk. Are they happy with our God? Are they happy with our Prophet? Are they happy with our leaders? Never, so why should we bother what they say about us?"
