Greek authorities have suspended international shipments of letters and small-packages for 48 hours after the discovery of explosive devices addressed to French president Nicolas Sarkozy, German chancellor Angela Merkel, Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and embassies in Athens. At least three of the bombs exploded between Monday and Tuesday, causing minor injuries to one person. A Greek radical leftist group has claimed responsibility for all attacks, and police arrested two Greek nationals. Prime Minister George Papandreou said the mild explosives have no links with the powerful parcel bombs recently sent to the U.S. by Yemeni Al-Qaida affiliates, and intercepted in Dubai and the U.K.
