A package filled with Euros fell from a bank transport truck and broke apart on a highway near Maastricht, Netherlands, on Monday, resulting a dangerous road side cash grab. Scores of people parked their cars on the road’s shoulder and scrambled to collect as many wayward euro bills as they could before getting back into their cars and driving away. Police in the Dutch province of Limburg updated their Twitter feed after the incident reporting that “it briefly rained bank bills.” It is still not clear how much money was lost, nor how it fell from the truck in the first place.
