A human head found in Montreal’s Angrignon park has been identified as belonging to Jun Lin, confirms Montreal police.

Lin was allegedly murdered by Luka Magnotta—and the video of the killing and subsequent manhunt has fascinated and repulsed the country.

Lin’s other body parts were sent to political offices in Ottawa, schools in Vancouver, and his torso was found in a garbage pile in Montreal. The police had previously said the body was all that remained missing.

Magnotta has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
