A Russian policeman’s revelations about bribery and incompetence is a hit on YouTube
Calling his bosses "ignorant, reckless, boorish and dim-witted," Major Alexei Dymovsky, a Russian narcotics officer, vented his anger in a videotaped message that has now been seen by a half million viewers on YouTube. In a plea to Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to clean up the notoriously corrupt force, he tells of how he was promoted after being forced to arrest an innocent man.
