The fourth suspect arrested in the midst of a high-profile sweep of an alleged Ottawa-based terror cell has been released on bail. Awso Peshdary, 20, was arrested August 27 on unrelated domestic assault charges. Though Peshdary is among those being investigated in connection with the alleged bomb plot, Crown attorneys now say there are no additional charges against him on the way. Peshdary’s lawyer, Richard Morris, has repeatedly questioned police attempts to link his client to the terror investigation. "He has no idea what they are talking about,” Morris said. “He is like a deer in the headlights. He didn’t see this coming. He’s unaware of why it came and it’s his first experience with the criminal justice system and he was shocked and horrified by what happened to him.”
