McNair’s murder remains a mystery
Former quarterback leaves behind many unanswered questions
Though investigators have definitely ruled Steve McNair’s death a murder, they are not yet ready to rule on the circumstances of his demise. Over the weekend, the former NFL quarterback was found dead beside the body of his girlfriend. He had been shot four times, her once, with a semi-automatic pistol discovered under her body, but police are interviewing friends and family of the deceased before classifying the death of Saleh Kazemi. In the meantime, questions and suspicions swirl about the relationship between McNair, reportedly still a married man, and Kazemi, who had apparently hoped to marry the football star.
