In an interview on 60 Minutes to discuss the midterm election results, U.S. President Barack Obama told host Steve Kroft his administration "stopped paying attention to the fact that leadership isn’t just legislation." Leadership, Obama said, is about persuading people and giving them confidence, something that he could have done more of over the past two years. The full interview with 60 minutes will air this Sunday, November 11.
