What is it about Democratic presidents and their brothers? Jimmy Carter had the perpetually embarrassing beer swilling good ol’ boy, Billy. Bill Clinton had Roger, the step-brother with the cocaine conviction and an “acting career” (he killed during that guest spot on Sabrina, the Teenaged Witch.) Now comes news that Barack Obama’s 27-year-old half-brother George has signed a deal to pen his autobiography.
