Stephen King takes a shot at Stephenie Meyer
Stephen King and Stephenie Meyer are both prolific, mega-selling, fabulously wealthy genre authors often dismissed by literary critics for poor writing ability. But that hasn’t stopped King from saying, in the upcoming issue of USA Weekend magazine that, in the case of the vampire romance writer, the charge is true: “Stephenie Meyer can’t write worth a darn. She’s not very good.”
