After a nine-day jaunt that took her to Halifax, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Toronto, and Waterloo, Queen Elizabeth will wrap up her royal tour of Canada Tuesday and move on to New York City, where she will address world leaders at the United Nations. This is her first speaking engagement at the UN since she was 31. She is expected to appeal for world peace and unity in her address to the UN General Assembly Tuesday afternoon.
