Striptease at Vimy memorial nets convictions. Again.

A French court has convicted two more couples of desecration after they filmed a striptease at the base of the majestic Vimy Ridge memorial, in the third such incident in the last few years. Veterans Affairs Canada takes these hijinks seriously—as well they should given the 3,000 Canadian lives lost when our troops took the hill in the pivotal battle of April 9, 1917. Ninety-two years hasn’t dimmed Canadian regard for that sacrifice. But the porn mavens of Western Europe evidently see our towering white marker at Vimy as little more than a setting for their, um, productions. Good to see you’re making the most of your liberty, pinheads.
