NBC executive drops dead on the set of Parenthood
Nora O’Brien, NBC’s executive in charge of drama programming, was visiting the set of the network’s upcoming show Parenthood when she suddenly collapsed and died. The cause of death was a brain aneurysm. The struggling NBC, which was about to unveil the fall schedule that would hopefully turn its fortunes around, has postponed pilot screenings and delayed production on Parenthood for two days.
