Former friends gleeful over hockey impresario Pocklington’s troubles
Peter Pocklington, the former owner of the Edmonton Oilers now facing charges of bankruptcy fraud in California, should expect no support from his old gang in Alberta, reports the Edmonton Journal’s Darcy Henton. "He has nothing and nobody," says businessman Ed Moroz, who was once close with Pocklington. "When he shakes your hand, he’s wondering how he will get you next time."
