Naturally fizzy fermented beverages are enjoying a resurgence. Here’s how they’re concocted.
Natural soda is experiencing a comeback, thanks to a growing craft industry. But don’t mistake these naturally fizzy pops for CO2-injected healthier pop alternatives. The new natural sodas, with flavours such as lime tumeric and cranberry ginseng, use bacteria and yeast to make the bubbles.
