Police officers conduct anti-corruption raids near Montreal

Officers target 10 locations, including Terrebonne city hall

TERREBONE, Que. — About 100 police officers are staging raids north of Montreal this morning in conjunction with the province’s anti-corruption unit.

The officers are targeting about 10 different locations, including Terrebonne city hall.

A spokeswoman for the anti-corruption agency says the raids are in connection with the awarding of public contracts.

No arrests have been made.
