Harper in Prague: Clearly he’s up to something.
And indeed it is so. He is launching formal negotiations toward a Canada-EU free trade deal. But it’s more than that. Indeed, as one fellow wrote in the current issue of Maclean’s, it’s far too modest to call this a free trade deal. Go have a look at my latest column, for that is what it is, and all will be clear.
