Somewhat annoyingly, the usually dependable googlecache wasn’t able to capture the history or discussion pages before they also disappeared into the wikiether, which means we’ll probably never find out why was it created by author (or authors) unknown, months after the person in question had left public life. But if anyone out there has inside information – or even a decent theory – feel free to share in the comments.
