This Concordia student sees no future for himself in Quebec

For the last year-and-a-half, I’ve worked my day job from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., then headed to the restaurant to start my night shift. I work 75 hours a week and we’re still scrambling to keep up with our payments.

This fall, amid waves of protests, the East Toronto Multifaith Community organized a peaceful, apolitical vigil for their grieving neighbours. Here, they describe the healing experience.
