To bring you some competition, we invited ’Canada’s Smartest Person,’ Peter Dyakowski, to take the Maclean’s quiz. Dyakowski is a lineman with the CFL’s Hamilton Ticats, and also won CBC’s ’Canada’s Smartest Person’ contest in 2012.

This week, we tested his trivia skills on everything from English poets to Tolkien’s hobbits . He scored 80 per cent and writes: "It looks like I need to brush up on my sonnets and my ballet!"
