University of Niagara Falls Canada
University of Niagara Falls Canada is a new private university with a 37,000-square-foot campus in downtown Niagara Falls, located inside the historic Hatch building. Students at UNF benefit from the flexibility of a year-round term system, evening and weekend classes and online course options. The school, operated by Global University Systems, offers undergraduate programs in business administration and biomedical sciences. Students in biomed can choose the pre-med pathway and move directly to one of two affiliated medical schools, the Saba University School of Medicine or the Medical University of the Americas, both located in the Caribbean. UNF offers six graduate programs on-campus and online in areas such as computer science, data analytics and health-care management. The school recently built a new state-of-the-art augmented and virtual reality suite and two modern science labs.
UNF provides work-integrated learning though internships, practicums, field placements and applied research projects. Students can live in two off-campus, university-managed residences. The school is also in the final planning stages of a new building, which will include additional learning space and a 650-bed residence.
