The War on Fun continues as cowardly university administrators decide anything truly fun is too dangerous for young adults.

Earlier this fall, I noted the University of Iowa’s attack on its traditional corn eating contest.

Now, Quinnipec University is leading on the latest front and banning all eating contests.

The University claims this latest attack on fun is necessary because, according to the school’s director of the student center and student leadership developmen, a students died at another university while participating in an eating contest.

US News and World Reportpicked up the story. However, USNews could not find any news report of a student dying while participating in an eating contest.
