Universities as the catalysis for urban renewal
I’m always pleased to learn when an university opens a satellite location in an urban core.
Having visited Brantford, Ontario a few times recently, I’ve seen first hand the revival Laurier’s Brantford campus has spearheaded.
Hopefully, Oshawa will enjoy the same benefits from UOIT’s new downtown campus.
