With more than 20 years in digital and brand marketing, she has held senior roles at Twitter, AOL/Huffington Post, and Blue Ant Media. Outside of work, Laura enjoys skiing, tennis, and water sports in Toronto, where she lives with her family.

Panelist Adam Renkosinksi

Adam Renkosinski – Director of AI Talent Initiatives and Analytics, Vector Institute

Adam directs AI workforce solutions at the Vector Institute, focusing on employment trends and curriculum development. He holds a degree from York University’s Schulich School of Business and is a Certified Human Resources Leader. Adam brings deep insights into the skills required for an AI-enabled workforce.

Panelist Melissa Sariffodeen

Melissa Sariffodeen – Co-Founder and CEO, Canada Learning Code

Melissa is a prominent leader in STEM education, recognized with awards like Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. As the co-founder and CEO of Canada Learning Code, she has empowered nearly 1 million people to develop tech skills. She also teaches at Ivey Business School and contributes to national policy discussions on the future of education.
