The Canadian Committee for World Press Freedom held its annual luncheon at the National Arts Centre.

Globe and Mail reporter Daniel LeBlanc (below) won the 11th annual Press Freedom Award for protecting the identity of the source that helped bring about the sponsorship scandal.
