G-20: Fair’s fair
Here’s Paul Martin arguing, in the pages of Foreign Affairs, four years ago, that a leaders’ G-20 would be a good idea. And now it has come to pass. There’s room to debate the utility of the thing; and indeed here I am debating it here. But whatever happened today, the guy who thought it should happen first was that Martin fellow.
