Joe Oliver undergoes surgery
A note from the office of Natural Resources Minister Joe Oliver.
"On January 3, Minister Oliver underwent heart bypass surgery to treat a problem he discovered during a routine annual examination. He is recovering well at home and is increasingly resuming his responsibilities. Minister Oliver is current with his files and continues to work on behalf of his constituents in Eglinton-Lawrence."
Mr. Oliver has tweeted his thanks to the doctor.
