Gary Mar to run for Alta Tory leadership... from Washington?

The Calgary Herald reports:

EDMONTON - Former provincial cabinet minister Gary Mar is expected to announce soon his candidacy in the Tory leadership race, but he won’t be granted a leave of absence from his current post as Alberta’s representative in Washington, D.C....
