They’re giving a "hip," "cool," "modern" makeover to the little guys from Tetley Tea. Delicious Tetley Tea! What’s next, the Keebler Vampires?

At least the announcement reminds me that the Tetley guys had different voices and narrators in England than they did here in Canada. The commercials I’m used to are ones like this, where they tried to sound charming and cute, but wound up sounding constipated.

I just hope that no one gives a new look to the British twits from the Red Rose commercial. Some tea mascots should never be tampered with.
