Here is a link to the text and video of his remarkable speech today.
It was a gutsy speech for a politician to give. It was analytical, professorial, personal, nuanced, and eloquent... but not very political. It’s full of sound bytes that would be easy to exploit. It’s hard to boil down. But taken as a whole, it’s something that political speeches rarely are: interesting.
